For this recipe, you will need:

Ingredients for the Muesli:

Serve with 3/4 cup plain, whole milk Greek yogurt per serving.

Topping Options:

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Spread the almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds on a sheet pan and toast in the oven for 10 minutes.

  • Remove and allow to cool, then add the quick oats and cinnamon.

  • Transfer to an airtight container for storage.

For serving with 3/4 cup Greek yogurt:

  • Top the Greek yogurt with ¼ cup muesli mix.

  • Add additional toppings of your choosing, such as fresh berries and local honey.
