Easy Muesli with Greek Yogurt

This simple muesli recipe is a staple for the Mediterranean diet.
It is perfect for breakfast, snacks, and even dessert, and the varieties are nearly endless when paired with Greek yogurt, fresh or dried fruit, nuts, and more!

Servings: 12
Ingredients for the Muesli:
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 ½ cups quick oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Serve with 3/4 cup plain, whole milk Greek yogurt per serving.
Topping Options:
honey
maple syrup
dried fruit pieces
fresh fruit
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Spread the almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds on a sheet pan and toast in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool, then add the quick oats and cinnamon.
Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
For serving with 3/4 cup Greek yogurt:
Top the Greek yogurt with ¼ cup muesli mix.
Add additional toppings of your choosing, such as fresh berries and local honey.
