How to Meal Prep Using Chicken Thighs
Grilling a big batch of chicken thighs makes meal-prepping super easy! Simply grill some chicken thighs, prep some veggies (either raw or by roasting or grilling), add a healthy carb, and you are set for a well-balanced meal.

Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
Directions:
Start your grill and allow it to heat up. If you have a pellet grill or are able to control the temperature, set it to around 350 degrees F.
Once preheated, lay the chicken thighs onto the grill, allowing space between each thigh.
Grill for 8 minutes, then flip the thighs and grill another 8 minutes (16 minutes total), until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove the thighs from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
