For this recipe, you’ll need:

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings, each piece cut and separated (check out this video to learn how to cut chicken wings into pieces)

  • 1.5 Tablespoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the baking powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt.

  • Rub each piece of the chicken wing into the seasoning blend, then place it on the sheet pan, leaving some space between each piece for even baking.

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

  • Remove from the oven, and enjoy!
